Case Studies: The case studies for each module provides the actual experience and practice for this course. The team concept is explored through virtual teams working together to solve and work together on the case studies.

The use of teambuilding skills in the virtual environment can be a bit challenging. We anticipate your team will take the best of the Essential Team Building Skills and apply them directly to solving the case studies as a virtual team. Your team will be working independently, but we'll be using the discussion area to explore your experiences and provide feedback, sharing and clarification.

Access to the module case study is available in the module, but you may access the module case study using the links provided below. Part of the problem solving challenges of working in a new team is deciphering the rules for the expected outcomes for the project. We empower you to make these decisions as a team. If there is something we have missed in our instructions for the case study, please let us know. We have the right to refer you back to your team to determine the strategy or resolve the question.
