The casework for this week is defined as:

Creating a vision statement protocols. Understanding team management.

Due Date: Your team project is due on April 11th. Please make sure you e-mail your final assignment to us on or before this date. Every assignment builds on the training and provides a foundation for future modules, so it is important for the assignment to be completed and turned in on time.

Team Organization: In last weeks assignment your team learned about developing leaders. This week we'll add to this by helping the leader to organize the vision with the team.

Instructions:

1. Switch roles -You will need to assign a Leader, Manager, Communicator & Facilitator. All team members are responsible for sharing in the responsibilities on this project. Please document who was responsible for which roles and responsibilities completed:

2. In your organization your team has the responsibility for creating foundation organizational tools.

Your team is responsible for developing the key methods for establishing a vision statement for new teams. The team is responsible for identifying the practical steps a new team leader will use to create a vision statement. Within this document outline the practice and procedures to use to conduct a session.

The document needs to include key practices and values the team feels need to be included in a useful and practical vision for new or newly reorganized teams.

The communicator will need to submit this document to the instructors by the due date.
